**Landscape Supervisor**

**Responsibilities**:

- Able to oversee multiple landscaping crews at various locations
- Flexibility required to accommodate daily and seasonal business needs
- Ability to motivate employees and provide a positive work environment
- Orientation and training of new personnel when required
- Experience with **Snow Removal Operations** in a commercial setting
- Ability to handle the scheduling and dispatching of employees and company equipment during all four seasons
- Ability to identify training opportunities and areas of improvement among the team
- Ensure employees adhere to company policies and procedures
- Always working in an ethical manner
- Other duties as required

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **5 years** of experience as a Foreman/woman in a Landscape Maintenance position in a commercial setting
- **Snow Removal knowledge and experience for a large team**:

- Knowledge of proper equipment maintenance protocol, submit work requests as required
- Horticulture experience-knowledge of plant materials, as well as trees, plants, shrubs and flowers is an asset
- G License and clean drivers abstract required
- Exceptional communication skills - verbal and written
- Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy required
- Strong work ethic - reliable and punctual
- Able to assume responsibility and have a flexible team-player attitude
- Previous experience operating maintenance equipment is an asset
