**Responsibilities**:

- Perform lawn mowing ensuring an even and professional cut.
- Conduct edge trimming along sidewalks, walkways, and other designated areas.
- Utilize weed whackers and manual techniques to remove weeds and maintain the neat appearance of lawns and gardens.
- Assist with weed pulling, removing unwanted plants from flowerbeds and other areas as required.
- Conduct leaf cleanup, using rakes, leaf blowers, or other appropriate tools.
- Collect and dispose of debris, such as branches, clippings, and other yard waste, in a designated manner.
- Assist in the setup and maintenance of landscaping equipment and tools.
- Communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient coordination of tasks.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) during all activities.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring that tools and equipment are properly stored.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, hazards, or incidents to the supervisor promptly.
- Display a positive and professional attitude while interacting with clients and team members.

**Requirements**:

- Access to a vehicle that can accommodate landscaping equipment is essential.
- Must at the least own a lawn mower; other necessary equipment will be provided.
- Physical fitness is necessary to perform duties that involve long periods of outdoor work in various weather conditions.
- Ability to work in hot environments and withstand physical exertion for extended periods of time.
- Flexibility to bend down and maintain a stooped position for prolonged periods as required.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Basic knowledge of lawn care and landscaping techniques is a plus but not mandatory.
- Possess effective communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Must be punctual, dependable, and committed to delivering high-quality results.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record (if driving company vehicles).
- Ability to follow safety protocols and ensure a safe work environment for yourself and others.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 16-24 per week

**Salary**: $17.00-$25.00 per hour
