We are currently looking for an energetic and dynamic **Inside Sales Representative **to join our growing South Western Ontario Sales team. If you know how to be a trusted partner and understand the value of nurturing customer relationships we want to hear from you. **This is a remote work from home position with regular visits to a Cambridge and Scarborough office.**

**Position Summary**

The Inside Sales position is responsible for providing exceptional service to our distribution and contractor partners as well as our sales team and account managers while building strong and lasting relationships with the vast list of vendors on our line card.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Fielding and responding to daily pricing requests from our distribution partners
- Utilize vendor portals to check on inventory levels, lead times and pricing
- Providing fixture and controls selections, crosses, solutions for inquiries from our customer base
- Assisting the projects team with small sized tender project closings, gathering pricing from vendors, preparing bids in Oasis Sales Software
- Regular follow up on quotations/opportunities
- Post-Secondary Education or equivalent work experience
- Strong PC skills including Microsoft Office Suite, Oasis Sales Software, AGI, Bluebeam
- Knowledge of control systems would be considered an asset
- 2-4 years in a Customer Success role (preferably B2B), with a proven ability to deliver and grow customer value with lighting control solutions
- Experience in customer-facing roles including support
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated commitment to results demonstrating high performance, and challenging self to deliver results
- Excellent problem solving skills with the ability to use an organized and logical approach to find solutions to complex problems.
- Must be able work effectively both as a team member and independently.
- Ability to read and understand architectural and electrical drawings would be a plus.
