**We have 2 busy locations within Humber River Hospital**

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and bake a variety of bakery items, including, pastries, and cookies
- Follow recipes and ensure consistency in product quality and taste
- Decorate and present baked goods in an appealing manner
- Monitor oven temperatures and baking times to ensure proper cooking
- Maintain inventory of baking ingredients and supplies
- Clean and sanitize work area and equipment regularly
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to coordinate baking schedules for catering events or restaurant service

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a baker in a restaurant setting
Ability to operate commercial baking equipment such as ovens
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members

**Salary**: From $16.00 per hour
