At Pita Pit, the General Manger would be responsible for managing all of the staff that are employed at the store. This would include interviews, hiring, training, scheduling, staff meetings, staff parties, staff performance reviews and rewards, staff performance corrective measures, Communication and co-ordination of staff days off for any reason, staff termination and resignation, etc. The general manger would also take care of all of the day to day operations or the delegation of these tasks to an assistant. some examples of these tasks include food orders, restaurant supply orders, fridge and freezer temperature monitoring, returns of spoiled or overstocked items and the ensurance of a credit, maintianing a cash and coin float, implementing new programs, products or promotions, General maintanance issues, sales trends tracking, labour and food cost tracking, hours of operations changes, payroll details submission to bookeeping, etc. Some required skills to have for this job would be a healthy social disposition, proficient in organizing and cleaning, persuasive reasoning skills, analytical and detailed focus, stress and anxiety managment skills and past experience in a management position.

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$58,000.00 per year
