Job Summary:
The G2 Travel Toronto team is looking to hire a leisure travel customer care expert to join our young and growing team. G2 Travel is a worldwide travel wholesaler with 26 offices worldwide. Our core business is supplying services to group tours from all over the world. We are hiring multilingual Customer Care Executives Preferably Japanese speakers, who will be responsible for providing frontline customer service support to our clients for Group bookings.
- **Profile**:_
- Provide concierge level service for FIT and Group Tour clients.
- Effectively balance customer satisfaction with commercial outcomes.
- Ensure travel itineraries to the United States and Canada are as accurate as possible for the smooth operation of G2 Groups on the road
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where flexibility is key.
- Provide support to all departments in a broad range of tasks.
- Confidently manage issues with suppliers and work as part of a global team
- **Knowledge and skills**:_
- Languages -English
- Japanese highly desirable
- Flexibility in hours including willingness to work late nights and weekends.
- Customer focus with multi-cultural understanding.
- Strong proactive problem-solving, negotiation skills and detail orientation.
- Previous experience in travel or customer service, preferably in a highly dynamic environment.
- Multitasker with the capability to prioritize, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- He/ She should know the US/Canada travel industry well and understand the international travel group business.
- **Key Activities**:_
- Understand the itinerary and ensure smooth tour logistics.
- Good understanding of hotel booking process.
- Anticipate issues and maintain proactive contact with clients by phone, social media, and in person
- Liaise with clients and suppliers to manage the delivery of high standards of service.
- Facilitate tour changes negotiating with suppliers regarding costs and feasibility.
- Great communication to facilitate delivery of high-quality solutions, even in a crisis.
- Take ownership for the resolution of complaints including investigation and follow up.

Pay: $40,000.00-$48,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
