I Have A Chance Support Services Ltd. strives to support and encourage individuals on a route to independence. Our enthusiastic and creative team is looking for a RESIDENTIAL SUPERVISOR (Temporary) who is passionate about helping others and making a difference. This Supervisor is expected to over see our High Behaviour support home.

**Role Responsibilities**:
Administrative and Financial
- Engage and supervise a team of Community Support Workers.
- Liaison with community members, client family members, case workers and others as required.
- Ensure effective communication.
- Ensure program quality assurance standards are being met.
- Assist with client program development.
- Timely completion of required reporting.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of daily, weekly and monthly reporting and documentation.
- Assist with staff scheduling.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of client and household. budgets.
- After hours on-call as required.

Client Support
- Attend Person Centered Plan meeting.
- Create meaningful daily schedules for clients.
- Participate in completion of Support Plans.
- Ensure all medical appointments and health concerns are addressed appropriately.
- Maintain ongoing communications with the client’s support network.

Employee Support
- Support new employees through orientation and work shadowing
- Complete regular staff scheduling
- Assist with staff concerns
- Inform HR of staffing developments and deficiencies

**Qualifications**:

- Clear Criminal Background Check
- Clear Adult and Child Abuse Record Check
- A Diploma or Degree in Human Services, Disability Studies, Social Work, or equivalent is preferred
- One or more years’ experience working with complex needs
