Bantrel Infrastructure will work in a Delivery Partner role within an integrated team with the customer organization for a Subway Project in Toronto, Ontario. The project scope includes the design build, operations and maintenance of all infrastructure and rail systems associated with 15 stations and over 15km of new alignment, being performed by three key PPP Contractors and five advanced early works (EAW) packages Contractors. Bechtel form the key component of the overall leadership team, having delivery partner responsibilities supported by two other components, Technical Advisor (TA) and Program Controls Services Consultant (PCSC).

**Job Description**:
The **Project Manager** for King Bathurst and Queen Spadina Stations is responsible for overseeing the delivery of the King Bathurst & Queen Spadina Stations by the South Civil Project Co (PCo) via the South Civil P3 contract.
The South Civil P3 contract is for the construction of 7km of twin-bored tunnels running east-west under downtown Toronto, one surface station (Exhibition) and six underground stations. King Bathurst & Queen Spadina Stations have specific logístical complexities being in extremely densely populated and congested parts of Toronto.
The Project Manager for King Bathurst & Queen Spadina Stations reports to the South Civil Delivery Manager (DP) who is the DP’s lead on the South Civil contract. The Project Manager for King Bathurst & Queen Spadina Stations has a team of four field specialists, one for civil and architecture and one for mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire systems for each station.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Health, safety, environment, quality, schedule and cost performance for King Bathurst & Queen Spadina Stations.
- Safeguarding that the Project Co delivers King Bathurst & Queen Spadina Stations in accordance with the contract.
- Reporting progress and escalating issues to the South Civil Delivery Manager.
- Reviewing PCo deliverables for King Bathurst & Queen Spadina Stations. Provide feedback regarding conformance with contract requirements and otherwise improvements that would benefit the project.
- Participating in planning, reviewing documents and oversight of site activities for the King Bathurst & Queen Spadina Stations. Highlighting non-conformances, risks and emerging issues.
- Recommending actions to address non-conformances / improve the outcome of King Bathurst & Queen Spadina Stations.
- Maintaining a “look-ahead” view and reporting forecasts, risks and issues.
- Providing input to DP progress report for King Bathurst & Queen Spadina Stations.
**The Desired Qualifications, Experience and Skills**
- Relevant bachelor’s degree from an accredited university. Relevant experience guideline: 10-15 years.
- Previously held project or construction management position(s) with responsibility for delivering infrastructure of similar scope, size and complexity to the King Bathurst or Queen Spadina Station on a metro project.
- Experience of working on infrastructure mega-projects for either a contractor or project management team (representing the client), experience of rail projects in urban areas is desirable.
- Experience or working knowledge of multiple project delivery functions (e.g. engineering, contracts & procurement, construction, testing & commissioning, project controls, environment, safety & health, quality).
- Experience of delivering an underground station or similar scope elements as part of multi-discipline teams working on complex mega-projects.
- Strong leadership, relationship building and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Fluent in using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated commitment to Environment, Safety and Health (ES&H).
- Demonstrated commitment to Zero Accident safety programs.
