Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Bid Manager. The Bid Manager will be responsible for overseeing the bid process, managing the preparation of proposals, and ensuring that bids are completed accurately and on time. Responsibilities include coordinating with various teams to gather necessary information, developing cohesive strategies for proposals, managing bid writing and documentation, and ensuring compliance with all bid requirements. The successful candidate will lead the end-to-end bid management process and help secure new business opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Bid Preparation, Bid Management, and Bid Processes
  • Strong skills in Bid Writing and Proposal Management
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with teams
  • Experience in the real estate or construction industry is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
