**SUMMARY**:
The Park Golf Shop Associate is the most visible position in the golf operations at the Crown Isle Resort and Golf Community. Each golfer that checks in at the beginning of their round must stop in at the Golf Shop and their interaction with the staff will set the tone for their entire visit. We also run a fully stocked retail store and the Golf Shop Attendants must develop the knowledge to talk about products and aid our customers in their purchasing decisions. Our customers are varied and include annual members and the public. This is a fast-paced environment during the peak season, and we need to always provide a high level of customer service.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Complete all assigned training materials.
- Follow all standard operating procedures in the Golf Shop.
- Book tee times using the Lightspeed Golf software.
- Check in guests accurately and collect payments.
- Process sales through the Lightspeed Point of Sale software.
- Assist customers shopping in the retail store by providing advice on products.
- Maintain a clean and organized retail shopping experience.
- Assist with labelling incoming inventory as required.
- Ensure standards for customer service are being met every day.
- Cooperate with other departments (Outside Services, Events and Marketing) as required during tournaments and events.
- Additional duties as required and directed by the Golf Shop Manager

**WORK ENVIRONMENT**:

- Predominantly indoor with some outdoor requirements.
- Position requires standing for long periods of time.
- This is a customer-facing role, you will be interacting with the public for most of each workday.
