Machine Operator in a Food Factory

**About Liuyishou Hotpot：**

Chongqing Liuyishou Hotpot was founded in 2000, which is a leading enterprise that specializes in managing hot pot chains and franchisees. Liuyishou now has expanded its business to more than 1,200 overseas units all around the world. In 2014, Liuyishou chose the greater Vancouver for our North America Head Office and opened our first restaurant in Richmond BC. In 2015, Liuyishou International Management Company (Canada) Ltd. was established to operate Liuyishou Hot Pot Restaurants across North America. Since then, we have directly managed a central kitchen and large-scale food processing factory, with over 26 restaurants and 1000 employees in North America.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Assist in warehouse management, including inventory handling and stock counting;
- Perform packaging tasks for both internal and external food products;
- Manage all tools utilized within the food factory;
- Aid the factory supervisor in equipment maintenance and repair, ensuring optimal machinery functionality;
- Coordinate with counterparts in China for equipment maintenance and troubleshooting;
- Execute additional duties as assigned by the factory supervisor;
- Other duties as required.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience in operating machinery within a food production environment;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (both written and oral) in Mandarin and English;
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems relevant to machinery operation;
- Forklift driving certification preferred, showcasing proficiency in equipment handling and safety protocols;
- Strong mechanical aptitude with a keen eye for detail, ensuring precise operation and maintenance of machinery.
- Excellent organizational skills with a meticulous approach to record-keeping and inventory management.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills, adept at identifying and resolving issues to maintain uninterrupted production flow.
