**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Lead and supervise carpentry projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine project requirements and materials needed.
- Perform a variety of carpentry tasks, including framing, roofing, tile laying, flooring installation, concrete forming, and masonry work.
- Train and mentor junior carpenters and apprentices in best practices for carpentry techniques and safety protocols.
- Estimate project costs and materials required for construction projects.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while ensuring all tools and equipment are properly maintained.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations throughout the construction process.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a carpenter with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery.
- Ability to read blueprints accurately and execute precise measurements.
- Experience in tile laying, flooring installation, concrete forming, masonry work, and roofing is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical tasks as required on job sites.
- Valid driver’s license may be required for transportation to various job sites.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship
Pay: $35.00-$55.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
