Customer Data Administrator
- This role is based in our Canadian Headquarters in Mississauga Ontario._
- As the Customer Data Administrator, you will:
- Maintain territory assignments as outlined and approved by Commercial Business Partners.-
- Maintain Base, List and Target Pricing in SAP for both Surgical and Vision Care franchises.-
- Maintain approved Customer Level pricing (Contracted, non-contracted, Promo etc.) in SAP-
- Assist in ongoing data integrity checks and cleanup-
- Generate and review monthly audit reports with the department manager-
- Education Minimum: University or College Diploma-
- Experience Minimum: 1 to 3 years business experience as a data administrator or 2 to 4 years Customer Service or Accounts receivable experienceTravel Requirement: none-
- Language: Advanced English (verbal & written)-
- Ability to execute a newly designed procedure.-
- Ability to question and improve status-
- Proven project management skills as to influence change including communication, design, execution, testing and documentation-
- Natural “curiosity”-
- Character to resist business pressure-

- Can deal with time pressure-
- Great attention to detail with a precise working style-
