**About the Role**

We’re looking for an experienced Landscape Foreman to join our growing crew at Nicola’s Garden Art Inc. You’ll lead the charge on high-end landscaping projects and luxury fiberglass pool installations in partnership with PENTARM POOLS. From custom stonework to water features, you’ll be hands-on and in control, making sure everything runs smoothly, safely, and beautifully.

You’ll need sharp leadership skills, deep knowledge of landscape construction, and a passion for building outdoor spaces that people will love for years to come.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Leading the crew on-site which is setting the tone, setting the pace, and setting the standard.
- Overseeing all aspects of pool installations, landscaping builds, and outdoor living projects.
- Reading and interpreting site plans, pool layouts, and construction drawings without breaking a sweat.
- Making sure grading, drainage, and sub-base work are done right the first time.
- Operating landscaping and excavation equipment like a pro (or training others to).
- Coordinating deliveries, materials, subcontractors, and timelines to keep things on track.
- Mentoring junior crew members and helping them grow their skills.
- Keeping clients informed and happy. Our reputation depends on it.
- Spotting and solving problems on-site, fast.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized job site, every single day.

**What You Bring to the Team**
- Must-Haves:_
- 5-7 years of hands-on experience in landscape construction, with at least 2 years leading a team.
- Familiarity with pool installation or a willingness to learn (we’ll train the right person).
- Strong understanding of grading, hardscaping, planting, and outdoor construction.
- Ability to read and follow detailed construction and pool plans.
- Confidence operating machinery and managing site logistics.
- Valid Ontario G license with a clean record.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working outdoors in all kinds of weather, lifting up to 50 lbs, and staying energized throughout the day.
- Bonus Points_
- Certifications in landscaping, horticulture, or pool construction.
- Knowledge of fencing rules, permits, and codes for pool projects in Ontario.

- Outdoor physical work which includes lifting, kneeling, standing, and being on your feet all day

Pay: From $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 44 per week
