We are a japanese restaurant located in 7112 boul saint-laurent

We. want someone who is consistent.

Wed to Fri : 11am to 3pm

Sun : 5pm to 9pm
- Assist with food preparation, including chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and marinating meats
- Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to ensure consistency in food quality
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and taking out trash
- Assist the cook or chef with cooking tasks as needed
- Handle food safely and adhere to all food handling guidelines
- Help with inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring stock levels
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
- Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting is preferred but not required
- Basic knowledge of food safety practices is a plus
- Ability to work well in a team environment and follow instructions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and take on new tasks as needed

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $18.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 20 per week
