**What are your contributions to the team?**:
- Intervene with diligence, fairness and objectivity in handling complaints of a human nature;
- Determine intervention strategies and conduct investigations of all sizes, meet with witnesses, complainants and respondents, and analyze documentation that can sometimes be complex;
- Write detailed reports and executive summaries, and present report findings to committees and those involved in the case;
- Understand complex problems in a variety of environments and be able to quickly grasp workplace issues;
- Contribute to the ongoing development of approaches, methods and tools.
**How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge & experience**:
- Knowledge and experience in conducting workplace investigations;
- Knowledge and experience in writing investigation reports;
- Knowledge and experience of harassment and violence in the workplace;
- Ability to travel on a regular basis;
- Three years' experience in a similar position;
- Training in investigation techniques;
- Training in harassment and violence in the workplace;
- Fluently bilingual (French, English);
- Certified Harassment Investigator (ECH) designation would be an asset.
