**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform routine cleaning tasks in assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, and common spaces; indoor and outdoor areas.
- Utilize appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure thorough cleaning and sanitization.
- Conduct custodial duties such as dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and waste disposal.
- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed, including minor repairs and upkeep.
- Manage time effectively to complete all cleaning assignments within designated timeframes.
- Communicate with supervisors and team members regarding cleaning needs or issues encountered during shifts.
- Handle heavy lifting when necessary, ensuring proper techniques are used for safety.
- Operate power tools and hand tools safely when performing maintenance or deep cleaning tasks.

**Skills**
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and clients.
- Experience in facilities maintenance is a plus.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by specific cleaning tasks.
- Familiarity with operating power tools and hand tools for maintenance purposes.
- Excellent customer service skills to address client needs and concerns professionally.
- Knowledge of custodial practices and commercial cleaning standards.
- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently while maintaining quality standards.

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 45 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
