**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings and plans using Revit, AutoCAD, and other relevant software.
- Collaborate with architects and project managers to analyze project requirements and develop design solutions.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure clarity on project specifications and timelines.
- Utilize Excel for data management and project tracking, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Assist in the computerization of existing designs, enhancing efficiency in the design process.
- Conduct site visits to gather information for design development and ensure compliance with building codes.
- Support the construction process by providing technical assistance during the build phase.
- Maintain organized documentation of all project-related materials, including reports, drawings, and correspondence.

**Qualifications**
- Proficiency in preparing construction documentation.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Knowledge of commercial construction practices and natioral building code.
- Excellent analytical skills to assess project requirements effectively.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- A degree or diploma in Architectural Technology or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
