**Who Are We?**
BC Drugs Pharmacy is part of the **Elicare Medical Group** - a well-established medical clinic management organization in BC. We operate five medical clinics and one pharmacy across Metro Vancouver. Our clinics are fully equipped with modern medical technology, excellent training support, and a large, loyal patient base.

We are currently looking for a dedicated and organized **Clinic Manager (MOA + Allied Health Coordinator)** to join our team at our Burnaby location. This role plays a key part in managing day-to-day clinic operations and supporting allied health services including **Acupuncture, RMT, and Counselling**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Front desk duties: scheduling, patient intake, charting, and billing
- **Manage and upload insurance billing** (e.g., MSP, ICBC, WCB, private insurers)
- **Submit new practitioners (RMTs, Acupuncturists, Counsellors) to insurance companies for credentialing**:

- **Use of Jane App** for scheduling, documentation, invoicing, and reporting
- Supervise and coordinate with Acupuncturists, RMTs, and Counsellors
- Hire, train, and onboard new staff
- Communicate with patients, practitioners, and third-party providers
- Maintain clinic efficiency and a positive patient experience
- Assist with clinic marketing and service promotion

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a **Medical Office Assistant (MOA)** or clinic administrator
- **Experience using Jane App** (or willingness to learn quickly)
- Strong knowledge of **insurance billing and submission processes**:

- Experience with **staff recruitment and credentialing**:

- Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Familiarity with EMR systems is an asset
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
