Primary responsibility is to interact and engage with our guests proactively to assist in creating an unparalleled guest experience

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet all guests passing through the lobby and provide assistance proactively.
- Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodate special requests whenever possible, assist guests in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operation, key hotel personnel, inhouse events, directions etc.
- Perform errands for guests and the hotel that may require local travel off of the hotel property
- Respond properly in any hotel emergency or safety situation
- Must have the ability to perform other tasks or projects as assigned by hotel management
- Abide by all hotel policies and procedures
- Must at all times work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and management
- Control traffic flow in front of hotel and other hotel entrances
- Maintain hotel parking regulations
- Park guest vehicles in hotel designated parking spaces
- ** Must have a full G drivers license**
