Carwash Supervisor

**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members to ensure effective workflow and productivity.
- Monitor cleaning operations to guarantee adherence to company standards and client expectations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Train new employees on car wash procedures, safety protocols, and customer service best practices.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to maintain cleanliness and identify areas for improvement, maintenance
- Prepare reports on operational performance, including staff productivity and service quality.
- Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages open communication and continuous improvement.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a car wash environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of carwash equipment, and safety standards
- A commitment to providing outstanding customer service with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $36.00 per hour

Expected hours: 44 per week
