As a Robotics Technical Support Specialist for our after-sales service, you will be responsible for the support related to the robotics products offered by Kinova.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Act as a robotics technical support specialist for Kinova products;
- Perform the required software tests (regression-compilation-reproduction-debug) in order to solve the problems reported by the customer and complete the analysis to determine the defective modules or programming elements;
- Perform analysis to report frequent robotic problems in order to guide the Engineering teams (training, robotic trends and issues, etc.);
- Act as a resource person and intermediary for after-sales service with the Kortex/Control/Sustaining teams & the FAE Sales;
- Develop custom robotic tools/solutions for customers;
- Participate in periodic follow-ups with customers;
- Fulfill ISO 13485 quality standards.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- DEC or BAC in robotics engineering, programming, computer science, mechatronics or any other relevant training;
- Customer satisfaction oriented;
- Ability to prioritize work;
- Interest in new technologies;
- Curiosity;
- Excellent interpersonal skills;
- Bilingualism (French and English).

ASSETS
- Minimum of 3 years experience in programming;
- Experience in customer service (important asset);
- Programming skills (Ubuntu, ROS, C++, Matlab and Python).
