We are looking for a skilled Field Service Specialist to join our team. In this exciting work, you will serve as a technical product expert for sales and marketing activities, provide training and support for product installation, and have the opportunity to have a direct impact on our company's growth and success. You will also be able to collaborate with internal teams to find and develop new business opportunities, as well as give technical assistance and troubleshoot complex issues for partners and customers.

As a Field Service Specialist, you will support the sales team on the technical aspects of the products, as well as provide technical support to the marketing, service and customer teams.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Become an integral part of the sales activity by ensuring clients and partners are excited about using Kinova technology and their approach to implementation will be successful;
- Support feasibility analysis and qualification of new sales opportunities;
- Promote our products and services by participating in technical discussions, presentations and demonstrations, as well as supporting trade shows and industry events;
- Provide our customers and partners with first-class technical support and customer service, including on-site installation, instruction and troubleshooting of our industrial collaborative robots (worldwide);
- Provide customers and partners with Level 2 technical support, which includes in-depth troubleshooting and resolution of complex technical issues;
- Participate in marketing initiatives as a technical expert on industrial products, providing assistance with case studies and other technical promotional materials;
- Provide customers with solutions for the implementation of Kinova solutions;
- Develop and deliver training plans required for product implementation and operationalization;
- Support technical writers in the development of content;
- Coordinate proof-of-concept projects with engineering and production.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- University degree in engineering (Automated Production, Robotics, Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical or other relevant field);
- Minimum 5 years experience in a similar position in an industrial environment;
- Knowledge of industrial communication protocols and PLC programming;
- Ability to prepare and deliver presentations to various organizational levels;
- Excellent interpersonal, problem solving and communication skills;
- Ability to create and maintain lasting relationships with customers and representatives;
- Ability to convey complex concepts in simple terms to non-experts;
- Willingness to travel as needed;
- Bilingualism (French and English).

ASSETS
- Knowledge of industrial automation equipment design and safety standards: UL1740, ISO10218, TS15066;
- Familiarity with the robotics and automation partner ecosystem;
