**Overview**

**Duties**
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business strategies.
- Develop and implement predictive models using machine learning algorithms to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
- Design and maintain databases to ensure data integrity and accessibility for analysis.
- Utilize programming languages such as Python and R for data manipulation and statistical analysis.
- Employ frameworks like TensorFlow and Spark for building scalable machine learning models.
- Conduct A/B testing and other experimental designs to validate hypotheses and measure performance.
- Present findings through clear visualizations and reports, effectively communicating complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

**Skills**
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and R for data analysis.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow and Spark.
- Familiarity with big data technologies including Hadoop for processing large datasets.
- Strong understanding of database design principles and experience with SQL databases.
- Ability to utilize VBA for automation of repetitive tasks within data processing workflows.
- Excellent analytical skills with a strong foundation in statistics and analytics methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving abilities coupled with effective communication skills to convey insights clearly.

Pay: $75,000.00-$125,943.21 per year
