**Title**: Photography & Video Production Coordinator
**Reports to**: Photography & Video Manager
**Job Purpose**: The Photography & Video Production Coordinator will liaise with internal stakeholders to define photo & video needs and prepare shoot brief. They will collaborate with the Photography & Video Manager to finalize shoot plan, shot list, story board and pre-production meeting. They will coordinate booking and scheduling of photography and video shoots. They will source, hire & schedule photographers, videographers, stylists, chefs, talent, trade show specialists, R&D and any other resources required for in-studio and location shoots. They will collaborate with the Photography & Video Manager to ensure project deliverables are met. They will identify suitable locations for lifestyle shoots & coordinate with property owners.
**Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities**:
- Liaise with Marketing and internal stakeholders to define photo & video needs.
- Coordinate photo & video shoots with external photographers, videographers, stylists, talent, chefs, agencies, etc. and internal resources including trade show specialists, R&D, Marketing etc.
- Order and ensure delivery of required product and shoot needs.
- Administrative duties include creation of purchase orders, payment of invoices, tracking of expenses etc.
- Coordination and uploading of photography and videography assets.
**Education and Experience**:
- University Degree or College Diploma in related field (Photography, Graphic Design, Art, Advertising Media, Film or Marketing)
- 1 year of related work experience in a coordinator or production assistant/coordinator role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Must have own transportation and be willing to travel to alternate local facilities.
- Must be willing to travel to location shoots in US/Canada/International.
