Kushi Cannabis is a family owned and operated retail cannabis dispencery located in Edmonton and St. Albert. We provide a relaxed environment and work with post secondary students so they can study at work.

We are looking to hire part-time sales associates, preferably with a background in retail cannabis sales or customer service and/or sales.

Sales accociate is responsible for greeting customers and providing guidance on the use of cannabis and have knowledge on the products avaliable. This role requires customer service and the skills to build customer realations through product recommendations.
- Greet customers and provide guidance on where they may find cannabis menus within the store
- Have knowledge on cannabis accessories and their correct usage
- Assist each customer in finding the right product or a similar one
- Manage POS systems for transactions: sales, voids, discounts and promotions
- Check identification of customers to verify they are of legal age to purchase cannabis
- Basic math skills: count and handle cash and count till float
- Monthly inventory counts
- Ensure accuracy in all transactions, inventory, and procedures
- Maintain store cleanliness during shift
- Provide excellent customer service and have the ability to stay calm with customers
- Have passion for the cannabis industry and a desire to learn about new items that are brought in each week

**Requirements**:

- **Valid Sellsafe & QCW (Qualified Cannabis Worker) Certification**:

- 18+ Years Old
- Have a source of reliable transportation
- Flexible schedule - includes evenings and weekends
- Be able to works holidays if required
- Retail cannabis experience/retail experiance
- Comfortable working independently and completing daily tasks
- Be able to work for minimum 6 month

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 15-20 per week

**Salary**: From $15.00 per hour

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- retail cannabis: 1 year (preferred)
- retail: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Sell Safe (required)
- QCW (required)

Shift availability:

- Night Shift (required)
- Day Shift (required)
