We are currently seeking a **Full-Time Cannabis Retail Associate** to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is reliable, customer-focused, and passionate about the evolving cannabis industry. Availability for **evenings and weekends is mandatory**.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver exceptional customer service and product knowledge in a professional, friendly manner
- Greet and assist customers, ensuring a welcoming and informative experience
- Educate customers on cannabis products, formats, and safe consumption practices
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and conduct accurate cash handling procedures
- Maintain compliance with all AGLC regulations and company protocols
- Assist with store opening and closing procedures as needed
- Support store cleanliness, organization, and operational standards
- Work collaboratively with the team and contribute to a positive workplace culture and environment

**Qualifications**
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must hold valid **SellSafe** certification & **a valid Criminal Record Check**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail or customer service preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional, punctual, and dependable
- Team-oriented with a willingness to learn and grow in the industry

**Schedule**
- 34-40 hours per week
- **Evening shifts and weekend availability are mandatory to meet full-time requirements**:

- May include holidays and occasional coverage
