Abilities & Qualifications:

- Oversee the fleet and driver files to ensure compliance
- Minimum 2 years of expirence
- Oversee automobile insurance renewals
- Responsible for Driver Hours of Service, ELD Logs, Driver Files
- Manage CVOR
- Responsible for overseeing the the maintenance department consisting of shop and mechanics.
- Controlling accounts for vendors regarding parts and services
- Actively liaise with the maintenance dept. to ensure equipment safe operation
- Knowledge of internal safety programs working directly with Operations Management and Dispatch
- Work through regulatory audits, experience is considered an asset
- Direct involvement with drivers
- Advise on the investigation and reporting of accidents, incidents and non-conformances and making recommendations for corrective action
- Work with HR to maintain all WSIB related documentation and files of incidents.
- Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment (includes Excel and skills in database management and record keeping)

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Brampton, ON L6T 1B5: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
