We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers while preparing high-quality beverages and food items. Your exceptional customer service skills will ensure that each guest has a memorable experience, making them want to return time and again.

**Duties**
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including equipment, utensils, and seating areas.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders accurately, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for processing transactions efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and handling regulations to maintain a safe environment for both staff and customers.
- Assist in food preparation, including pastries and light snacks, ensuring freshness and quality.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
- Uphold company standards in product presentation and customer interaction.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling procedures.
- Familiarity with cashiering duties, including basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- A passion for coffee and an eagerness to learn about different brewing methods and beverage preparation techniques.
