We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality gear, knowledgeable service, and expert craftsmanship. Our Archery Department is growing, and we’re looking for a detail-oriented individual with a passion for archery to help us deliver top-tier custom bowstrings and tuning services.

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the measurement, construction, and assembly of custom bowstrings and cables
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following procedures for string building
- Perform basic quality control checks to ensure each string meets performance standards
- Support equipment tuning and minor bow servicing as required
- Help manage inventory of string materials and supplies
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers on orders and timelines
- Continuously learn and improve knowledge of string materials, building techniques, and archery technology

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- **Required**: Experience in archery (recreational or competitive)
- Strong attention to detail and precision; meticulous tendencies highly preferred
- Patience and care when working with small components and materials
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures
- Manual dexterity and steady hands for tying, serving, and stretching string components
- Willingness to learn from experienced string builders and technicians
- Strong work ethic and a commitment to craftsmanship
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
