A career as an Analyst in the Compliance Team at National Bank Financial means contributing to the modernization of wealth management tools. **Your role**:

- Participate in the migration and integration of compliance policy and procedure documentation to a SharePoint site.
- Contribute to the design, information architecture, and development of an attractive and easy-to-navigate SharePoint site.
- Facilitate access to currently segmented information.
- Implement governance to ensure content remains up to date.
- Ensure there is no duplication of information across our sources.
- Create an information structure that simplifies content searches.
- Develop infrastructure enabling the use of digital assistants, such as Copilot, to query information.
- Provide SharePoint assistance and training to colleagues involved in the project.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Communications or a related field deemed relevant.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of SharePoint features, including information architecture, content types, metadata, workflows, security, search, and governance.
- Excellent writing skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work both collaboratively and independently with mínimal supervision to meet project milestones and deadlines.
