Vancouver, Canada Green & Gold Cleaning Ltd. Full time

This position is for our Vancouver location for our Production Cleaning Division. Your job responsibilities include:
**a. Business Development**

i. Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction

ii. Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs

iii. Arrange business meetings with prospective clients

iv. Performs door to door or direct selling to offer our cleaning services

v. Conducts cold callings for potential customers

vi. Promote the company’s existing cleaning services including the use of social media

vii. Promote the company’s new offering which is Kitchen Hood Cleaning

viii. Prepare sales contractsensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines

ix. Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deal

x. Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support

xi. Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

**b. Maintaining a “Gold” standard relationship with current clients, which includes**

i. Interacting formally with on-site management and customers to assess their satisfaction with our service and the need for extra work or attention, or the need to add additional services at additional cost. As our Salesperson, you are an ambassador or the Company and will carefully address issues if they are raised to you understanding that the Client is most important, and that we may have missed something for us to fix, or we are not doing something which needs to be added to the duty roster with, or without cost. In any case you must be the ambassador

ii. Conducting annual customer feedback rating sheets to evaluate our performance, and following up with any rating less than 10/10; a template will be provided and guidance will be given

iii. Relaying to all inquires from customers the same day or next with recommendations for solutions and improvements

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Commission pay
