**Set Clear Educational Goals and Themes**:

- Develop and communicate clear educational goals for each class, encompassing both artistic and developmental milestones.
- Infuse creativity by establishing engaging and relevant themes for each class, allowing students to explore various aspects of art while developing their skills.

**Effective Classroom Management and Discipline**:

- Create a conducive environment for learning and creativity by implementing effective classroom management techniques.
- Instill discipline through a positive and encouraging approach, fostering a space where students feel inspired to express themselves artistically.

**Foundational Drawing and Coloring Focus**:

- Design classes primarily focused on drawing and coloring, laying a strong foundation for artistic expression.
- Encourage students to explore different styles and techniques in drawing and coloring, ensuring a well-rounded understanding of these fundamental skills.

**Preparation for Advanced Techniques**:

- Prepare students for progression to the teen class by building essential skills in drawing, sketching, and coloring.
- Introduce the fundamentals of sketching and watercolor or acrylic painting, providing a seamless transition to more advanced art techniques.

**Interest Development**:

- Cultivate the interest of young minds in the world of art through exciting and interactive projects.
- Inspire creativity and curiosity by exposing students to various art forms, styles, and cultural influences.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Art Education or related field.
- Proven experience in teaching art to elementary school children.
