**Operations Support Clerk - Hybrid (work from home and in office required)**

The **Operations Support** **Clerk**

**Here are some of the activities you will be expected to perform**:
The position is responsible for labeling and managing the main air/ocean queue ensuring accuracy is maintained

Principle accountabilities and or duties:

- Labeling all incoming files to the main queue
- Updating files as required/requested
- Some in-office responsibilities (on a rotation)
- All other duties assigned

**These are the standards we look for**:

- High School Diploma is required
- Minimum of 1 year in an office environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and database skills, faxing, scanning, internet work.
- Strong communication skills - English verbal and written is required
