**Job Summary**
The Front of House Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant.

**What You'll Do**:
Assist the General Manager with front-of-house management and handle tasks including:

- Manage the floor while on shift - ensure team members are upholding our standards, assisting with expediting, table maintenance, and all service and bar standards.
- Collaborate with both front and back of house staff to ensure a unified team
- Assist the GM in operations - can include daily cash, payroll, budgets, and inventory.
- Developing team members to ensure consistency of performance, food and drink quality, and hospitality.
- Ensure all routines are completed up to established operating standards
- Focus on guest experience and respond to conflicts and concerns with tact and professionalism.
- Coordinate reservations to ensure they are taken and organized effectively.

**Who You Are**
- Understands the day-to-day operations of a restaurant, and has experience in a management role.
- Leadership qualities with a focus on team development and motivation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests.
- Proficient in using POS systems for order management and payment processing.
- Experience in bartending or knowledge of beverage service is a plus.
- General understanding of kitchen basics, and food knowledge is considered beneficial
- Understand the difference between customer service and hospitality and strive for excellence in both.
- Time management, prioritization, and communication are part of your skill set
- Reliable, calm, open to growth, and team oriented.
