Full-Time Nanny / Family Assistant – Spruce Grove

We're looking for a dedicated, flexible nanny who can bring structure, creativity, and calm energy to a busy household.

About the Role

  • Full-time, on-call position (typically one week on / one week off)
  • Based in Spruce Grove, Alberta
  • Provide childcare, household coordination, and support in a respectful, family-oriented environment
  • Encourage learning, creativity, and daily routines with warmth and consistency

Must Haves

  • Valid Drivers License - 2 years minimum on winter roads.
  • Speaks English
  • Criminal Record Check
  • Must be able to work efficiently with minimal instruction

Bonus Skills

  • Speaks Spanish (even conversational level)
  • Plays or teaches piano
  • Holds CPR / First-Aid certification (or willing to renew)
  • Excellent communication, organization, and adaptability
