**WAGES: $17.00 - $19.00 after training period, plus tips and bonuses**
- $18.00 - $19.00/Hr guaranteed within first year, pending ability and reliability.
- All staff are paid as employees with EI, CPP & tax deductions, no contract work.
- We pay weekly on Friday.
- Remuneration for Fuel.

**THE POSITION**:

- Working independently, our staff clean homes, apartments, and condos - only residential environments. Staff works 1 on 1 in a 30 day PAID training program with a training supervisor who offers support and technical guidance to ensure your success. Post training our employees work independently in two homes per day, in the area closest to your home. Your schedule is consistent with the same reoccurring clientele allowing you to become familiar with your clients. a valid drivers' license and your own vehicle are a must. Only one trip to the office at end of day Friday to re fill supplies and get paid
- Vehicle & cell phone expense declaration is provided to claim the use of the vehicle and cell bill on your tax return. This allows a portion of your insurance, gas, repairs, and interest on a car payment to be used as expenses, it reduces the tax you pay.

**SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES MUST**:

- Staff members must have valid class 5 driver’s license & own reliable transportation.
- Be able to read & write English fluently.
- Be in good physical condition to meet physical demands such as kneeling, crouching, bending, lifting, standing.
- Have a clear criminal record.
- Have professional daycare in place for childcare.
- Be Seeking a minimum of 1 year of employment
