Residential Maintenance Services (RMS) provides proactive home maintenance services to busy professionals with uncompromising tastes who want peace of mind and a home that remains comfortable and worry-free. RMS **_Home Technicians_** are skilled professionals with an average of 10 years’ experience in the residential maintenance and/or home inspection. We’re home maintenance experts, and we are known for the quality of our workmanship and professional reliability, so our clients know their home maintenance will be done effectively and efficiently before a significant problem occurs. We are currently looking to add some outstanding people to our team.

As a trusted and integral part of our team and what makes our business successful, you will be responsible for scheduled client site visits to maintain their most significant investment, their home. Your role will encompass a wide array of tasks and responsibilities dealing with residential maintenance and light construction projects that are ever-changing. You are one of the faces of RMS and should always represent the business professionally and respectably. You will test, troubleshoot, and complete minor repairs to mechanical equipment such as furnaces, motors, hot water tanks, humidifiers, HRVs, ACs, and various other residential home systems.

YOU
- In an ideal world, you have a trade certificate and/or a certificate in home inspection, but we will accept (handyman/trade experience) that demonstrates you have the practical know-how and expertise that our clients depend on.
- Are capable of working safely and effectively with both your brain and your hands.
- Are an enthusiastic person, motivated by personal pride and craftsmanship.
- Are organized, able to prioritize, and have a strong detail orientation.
- Able to work independently, as well as to work with others from time to time.
- Communicate clearly and professionally in English
- Capable of lifting 35lbs correctly and safely as well as traversing stairs and ladders consistently.
- Understand the meaning of working smarter and “white glove” customer service
- A reliable vehicle (to get to and from work only), your own set of reliable tools, and valid driver’s license with a relatively clean driving record.

**Salary**: $28.00-$32.00 per hour
