**SUMMARY**:
Facilitate information sessions, liaise with other programs & services for organizing training and information sessions to assist racialized immigrant women.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Facilitate trainings for racialized immigrant women cohorts.
- To provide and test pre-employment and skills development supports including foundational / essential, and transferable skills training using a hybrid delivery model.
- Conduct needs and essential skills assessments.
- Develop draft training curriculum and course materials, course registration, trainee selection criteria, pre/post tests, course evaluation and feedback forms.
- Based on changing needs of the cohorts, identify and develop curriculum for new information and training sessions.
- Conduct information sessions.
- Research compile and deliver education and career related information for racialized immigrant women.
- Maintain and update existing information related to a variety of training programs for women.
- Refer clients to appropriate settlement, training or other programs as and when necessary.
- Assist in the development of advertising materials and pamphlets for the project.
- Assist in the collection of statistics and preparation of material for reports.
- Promote sessions at various cross departmental meetings.
- Required to work some evenings and Saturdays.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Post Secondary or equivalent education
- Demonstrated facilitation experience
- Excellent communication (verbal and written), interpersonal and leadership skills
- Good presentation, problem solving, organizational and project management skills
- Strong internet research skills
- Knowledge of immigrant racialized women issues
- Knowledge of education system in Ontario
- Knowledge of services offered by immigrants serving agencies
- Experience working with racialized immigrant women is an asset
- Knowledge of transferability skills pertaining to post secondary education
- Knowledge of government programs and eligibility criteria
- Demonstrated experience in dealing with multicultural and diverse population.
