**We are currently taking applicants for both part-time and full-time line cooks.**

- Adhere and comply to all policies as outlined in our Employee Handbook
- Responsible for the quality of products served
- Set up workstations with all the needed ingredients and cooking equipment
- Preparing ingredients to use in cooking
- Cooking food in and with various equipment, utensils and grillers, operating all standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Season and cook food with compliance to all recipes and presentation specifications
- Compliance and attention to directed portion size and arrange and garnish food according to recipe specifications
- Ensure great plate presentation
- Inspect, clean, and maintain food preparation areas, such as equipment and work surfaces, or serving areas to ensure safe and sanitary food handling practices
- Keep a sanitized and orderly environment and work station
- Ensure all food and other items are stored properly, checking for freshness, quality and rotating stock
- Closes the kitchen following the provided checklists and assists others
- Monitor stock and place orders when there are shortages

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $17.00-$20.00 per hour

COVID-19 considerations:
A strong understanding of all AHS language and Covid 19 policies as it relates to the restaurant industry.
