KPMG is looking for you to join their team as a** Human Resources Coordinator **anywhere in **Eastern Canada**

Some of the most integral support you will be providing in this role includes conducting exit interviews across the Eastern region, including presenting out data alongside employee surveys to tell the story of what changes need to be made in our organization. You'll also be our Onboarding Concierge, a key point of contact for new hires as they work through their pre-boarding and onboarding activities.
- At times, business needs arise and employees are required and agree to work beyond their normal work day or work week to fulfill the accountabilities required for their job. Likewise, people need time to devote to personal matters, and our approach to flexibility provides for this._- **REQUIREMENTS**:

- Self-Identify as First Nations, Metis, and Inuit
- Strong oral/written communication skills
- Post-secondary degree, diploma, or certification in HR or a related field
- Proficient using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Eager to join an energetic, dedicated team of professionals
