**Role Overview**

This role bridges finance, business strategy, and operations — ensuring Nebula Platforms continues to grow sustainably while pursuing its mission to innovate responsibly in automation and AI.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes to support Nebula’s growth and innovation goals.
- Drive strategic business initiatives, partnerships, and collaborations across departments.
- Oversee financial compliance, contracts, and risk management (especially in relation to AI and data-driven operations).
- Manage relationships with external partners, including banks, investors, and legal advisors.
- Work closely with the CEO and leadership team to develop and implement business expansion strategies.
- Supervise cross-functional teams and promote a culture of accountability and performance.
- Identify new business opportunities and strategic investments aligned with Nebula’s AI roadmap.

**Qualifications**
- **MBA** (Finance, Business Administration, or Strategy) — **mandatory**.
- **3+ years of experience** in one or more of the following:

- **Banking and Financial Services**:

- **Corporate Law or Contract Management**:

- **Business Development or Strategy**:

- Strong understanding of financial modeling, business operations, and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to interact effectively with stakeholders and executive leadership.
