Role Overview

We are seeking a Business & Finance Manager with a strong background in banking, law, or business development, and a proven track record in financial and strategic management.The ideal candidate is a Bachelor of Commerce graduate with an MBA, who possesses leadership qualities, business acumen, and the ability to manage teams and build partnerships.

This role bridges finance, business strategy, and operations — ensuring Nebula Platforms continues to grow sustainably while pursuing its mission to innovate responsibly in automation and AI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes to support Nebula's growth and innovation goals.
  • Drive strategic business initiatives, partnerships, and collaborations across departments.
  • Oversee financial compliance, contracts, and risk management (especially in relation to AI and data-driven operations).
  • Manage relationships with external partners, including banks, investors, and legal advisors.
  • Work closely with the CEO and leadership team to develop and implement business expansion strategies.
  • Supervise cross-functional teams and promote a culture of accountability and performance.
  • Identify new business opportunities and strategic investments aligned with Nebula's AI roadmap.

Qualifications

  • MBA (Finance, Business Administration, or Strategy) — mandatory.
  • 3+ years of experience in one or more of the following:
  • Banking and Financial Services
  • Corporate Law or Contract Management
  • Business Development or Strategy
  • Strong understanding of financial modeling, business operations, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to interact effectively with stakeholders and executive leadership.
