**Lead Wedding Photographer**

**Role Overview**

We are seeking a **Lead Wedding Photographer** to join our dynamic team. The Lead Photographer will take the creative lead on wedding days, capturing key moments with professionalism, artistry, and heart. This role requires both technical excellence and the ability to guide couples, families, and guests in a charismatic, positive, and problem-solving manner.

**Responsibilities**
- Lead photography coverage at weddings, from preparation through the final dance.
- Interact with couples, families, and guests in a **confident and friendly manner**, ensuring they feel comfortable and celebrated.
- Maintain a **positive attitude at all times**, finding solutions on the spot when challenges arise.
- Collaborate closely with videographers, second shooters, and assistants to ensure seamless coverage.
- Deliver high-quality images that align with Sunny Days Weddings’ brand and style.
- Manage gear responsibly and coordinate with the office team on technical needs.
- Provide a list of personal photography gear you own and use professionally.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Minimum 3 years of professional wedding photography experience.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating versatility (candids, portraits, details, group shots).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while staying calm and upbeat.
- Knowledge of off-camera flash, natural light, and advanced camera techniques.
- A team player who embodies positivity and professionalism.

**Compensation**
- $50-$75 per hour depending on experience and portfolio strength.
