Enthusiastic Photobooth Attendant, Perfect for Tech Savvy Students

This role is perfect for tech savvy students, **willing to work on weekends as well.** Photography Experience is a bonus but not required. **Must have a vehicle**. **Actively looking for students that will be going back to school in Fall.** **ABOUT THE COMPANY** Polar Ice Photobooth is an upscale photo booth company that specializes in corporate events and weddings. We specialize in aesthetically appealing set ups, so we're looking for people that have an eye for high standards of visual appeal. We‘ve done corporate events for some big brands including Delta Air Lines, Amazon, Cashmere Tissue Fashion Show, Invictus Games, Pepsi Co, and others. **WHY WORK FOR US** Polar Ice Photobooth is run by a young and energetic team and we care about providing experiences that will keep our employees happy. Asides from that, we are FUN to work with, and love doing team socials **WHAT IS THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES** You will be the badass representative of our company and will be trained to set up and operate a photo booth or 360 booth at our events. - Pick up photo booth equipment **(must have a vehicle**) **(mileage is paid)**: - Bring photo booth equipment to venue - Setup photo booth software, equipment and backdrop - Rub off your **high-energy** on the guests using the photo booths and assist them in taking awesome pictures - Take down equipment/backdrop - Each event usually takes 6 - 9 hours including pick up and drop off of equipment. - Commitment is **flexible**and can range from **1**or 2 events a month to 2 or 3 a week*. - Most events will take place on **weekends**, starting in the late afternoon. - Represent the brand in an energetic and positive manner **WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR** - Education: High school diploma at minimum. Enrolled in post-secondary education is preferred - Willing to work Saturday and Sunday Evenings as well as some weekdays - Must have valid G or G2 license and access to a 4 door vehicle is required, must be willing and able to drive to events in GTA - Experience in a customer service environment is a huge asset - Be able to show a HUGE smile and demonstrate enthusiasm - Must be "tech-savvy" with and able to comfortable diagnose technical issues such as printer connections and wifi troubleshooting - Eye for clean, elegant setups - Basic photography knowledge is a bonus, but not required - Ability to lift up to 60 LBS in and out of your car - If you are future photographer this would be great for you **COMPETENCIES** - Attendance/Punctuality: must be present and on time, if not, early for all events - Enthusiasm & Customer Service: must be super enthusiastic to represent our brand and able to provide to make people feel happy with your awesome customer service - Technical familiarity/problem solving: must be good with technology to diagnose problems that may arise - Responsive: must be responsive in a timely manner to inquiries and scheduling requests **PAY** $22-$25 an hour, can make between $150 and $250+ per event Mileage per km is also paid to offset cost of gas.
