Join our team at our vibrant fusion restaurant located in the heart of London,Ontario As we continue to grow, we are seeking dedicated individuals to join our front-of-house team and provide exceptional service to our guests.

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join us as Front-of-House Servers. As a key member of our service team, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests by providing attentive and personalized service in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, escort them to their tables, and present menus.
- Provide detailed information about menu items, including specials and promotions, and offer recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system promptly.
- Deliver orders to tables in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met.
- Anticipate guests' needs throughout their dining experience and respond promptly to any requests or inquiries.
- Monitor table turnover and ensure that assigned sections are managed efficiently to maximize seating capacity.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure that orders are prepared and served correctly and timely.
- Process guest payments, handle cash transactions, and reconcile receipts at the end of each shift.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including clearing tables, resetting utensils, and assisting with general cleaning duties as needed.
- Uphold restaurant policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations, to ensure a safe and enjoyable dining environment for guests and staff alike.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience of minimum 1 year as a server is a must
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Excellent multitasking abilities and the capacity to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional hospitality.
- Basic math skills and proficiency in using POS systems for order entry and payment processing.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Pay: From $16.75 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
