**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the end-to-end execution of telecommunications projects, ensuring the delivery of high-quality results within established timelines and budget.
- Utilize extensive knowledge of telecommunications systems to plan, design, and execute FTTH projects according to industry standards and best practices.
- Set and monitor project KPIs, tracking progress and implementing necessary adjustments to ensure successful project completion.
- Lead and mentor a project administrator, providing guidance and support to ensure administrative tasks are efficiently managed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure seamless project coordination and successful outcomes.
- Effectively communicate project updates, status reports, and issues to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, maintaining clear and concise communication channels.
- Quickly identify and analyze risks, issues, and problems that arise during the project, and develop mitigation options while making appropriate recommendations for resolution.
- Utilize exceptional problem-solving skills to address challenges and obstacles, ensuring project objectives are met without compromising quality or deadlines.
- Employ excellent organizational skills to manage multiple concurrent tasks, prioritize activities, and allocate resources effectively.
- Demonstrate strong consultation, negotiation, and relationship management skills to foster positive collaborations with internal and external partners.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in FTTH.
- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred.
- Strong technical proficiency in telecommunications systems, network architecture, and related technologies.
- Knowledge and experience with Last Mile Service Provider (LSP) operations and practices.
- Familiarity with Ontario One Call processes and protocols.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical information to diverse audiences.
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to analyze situations quickly, identify risks, and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Proficiency in using project management software and tools for tracking and reporting project progress.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and manage teams effectively.
- Results-driven mindset with a commitment to achieving project objectives while maintaining high-quality standards.

**Conditions of Employment**:

Pay: $80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
