We are looking for an individual who can provide excellent and compassionate care to our clients and their pets. The Client Care Rep / Animal Rehab Assistant plays a major role in supporting the daily operations of the clinic and is responsible for duties such as:

- greeting clients and their pets
- creating and managing patient files
- scheduling appointments
- preparing invoices and collecting payments
- following-up with clients and referring veterinarians post treatments
- providing support to practitioners during treatments
- setting up equipment
- cleaning and facility maintenance

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- minimum of 1-2 years of experience working in reception, customer service, office administration, and/or pet care
- knowledge of physiotherapy and/or fitness
- experience working in a veterinary or physiotherapy clinic considered a significant asset
- knowledge/education in small animal physical rehabilitation and/or fitness considered a significant asset
- experience and comfort working with and handling animals of all breeds and sizes
- fluent speaking and writing in both English and French considered a significant asset
- strong communication and interpersonal skills with a positive attitude
- strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
- good team player while able to work independently
- willingness to learn and develop

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $16.00-$18.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
