Bytown Bath is currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a **full-time Sales Rep** in Ottawa, ON. **QUALIFICATIONS**
- At least 18 years old
- A valid driver's license
- Previous sales experience preferred
- Background or knowledge in construction or renovation
- Strong understanding of building codes
- Comfortable with technology including iPad, laptops, and Microsoft

At least 2 years of construction experience is preferred. Experience with SharePoint software is a plus.

This role requires a full-time commitment with a structured schedule from **8 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday**.

**WHAT TO EXPECT AS A SALES REP**

As a Sales Rep at Bytown Bath, your day begins with a weekly team meeting, fostering collaboration and contributing to the overall success of the team. Following this, you will engage in training courses to refine your product knowledge and sales techniques.

Throughout the day, you will conduct up to 3 pre-scheduled and pre-qualified appointments during business hours. Your responsibilities include regulating your schedule, maintaining consistent clock-in/out records, and leading clients through an interactive, one-call close sales process. Success in this role is measured by achieving weekly, monthly, and yearly sales targets.
