JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead a diverse team of experienced, agile brewers.
- Ensure safety first and quality always, while meeting production goals.
- Create a strong focus on team building, data/root cause analysis and accountability, as we drive to produce the most consistent and best tasting craft beer.
- Manages production requirements and staffing/scheduling to ensure production demands are met.
- Scheduling experience
- Driving Safety Leadership culture within brewing team
- Working knowledge of brewing industry
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in the brewing industry (3+ years)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Science
- Excellent data analysis, troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Dayforce timesheet experience
- Previous experience leading people in a fast paced consumer goods environment
- Brewing process experience
